The Ability To Ensure Required Courses Are Available And Offer Scheduling Flexibility Is Dependent On An Optimized Class Scheduling Process. The University Seeks To Unify The Scheduling Process, Reduce Manual Effort, And Increase Schedule Flexibility And Access To Classes For Students While Addressing Space Utilization Issues (E.G. Enable Scheduling Outside Peak Times, Optimizing Classroom Space To Accommodate Growth Targets, Etc.).The University Is Inviting Both Solution Providers And Academic Scheduling Solution Implementation Specialists, With Demonstrated Experience, To Submit Proposals To The University. It Is Our Intent To Issue A Contract For Up To Three (3) Year(S), With The Option To Renew.
