Quotation are invited for Repair/Refurbishment of Removed Conservator Tank 1.#SCOPE OF WORKS:THIS ENQUIRY IS INTENDED FOR THE REPAIR/REFURBISHMENT OF REMOVED CONSERVATOR TANK FOR 1500 KVA LOW VOLTAGE TRANSFOR MER.DETAILED SCOPE OF JOB IS GIVEN BELOW:A)#THE CONSERVATOR TANK SHALL BE COLLECTED FROM G-STATION, DEWA JEBELALI POWER STATION AND DELIVERED BACK TO THE SAME LOCATION. PICTURES OFTHE DAMAGE OF THE TANK ARE PROVIDED IN ANNEXURE-1.B)#THE TESTING & REPAIR PROCEDURE SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR DEWA#SAPPROVAL.C)#THE REPAIRED CONSERVATOR TANK SHALL BE TESTED AGAIN & SUBJECT TO APRESSURE OF 75 KPA & DURA TION OF 20 MINUTES.D)#THE REPAIRED CONSERVATOR TANK INTERNAL & EXTERNAL SURFACE RE-BLASTCLEANING SHALL BE CARRIED OUT TO REMOVE THE RUST AND EXISTING PAINTING.E)#THE REPAIRED TANK SHALL BE PAINTED WITH EPOXY PRIMER & EPOXY FINALCOAT (INTERNAL 2 COATS STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Prices should be DDP delivery duty paid at DEWA stores. 2) Quotation to be submitted only in local currency U.A.E Dirhams 3) DEWA Standard payment terms is 30 days credit from the date of acceptance of material 4) No DEWA staff or his or her relatives up to third degree should have ownership or partnership in your company, and your participation in DEWA tenders / RFQs should not constitute a Conflict or perceived Conflict of Interest.
