The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Auxiliary Articles For Cleaning And Auxiliary Chemicals.1. The Parameters Of The Assortment Indicated By The Ordering Party Represent The Technical, Operational, Utility, Functional Conditions And Other Features Relevant To The Subject Of The Order.2. The Assortment Proposed By The Contractor Must Have Intact Features Of The Original Factory Packaging, Including: Have Security Measures Used By The Manufacturer. Packaging Materials Must Be Clean, Dry, Without Mechanical Damage, Ensuring Proper Quality And Durability Of The Product.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Assortment At His Own Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.4. The Delivered Articles Must Have The Manufacturers Original Packaging, In The Required Weight/Volume Unit, In One Package. It Is Unacceptable To Deliver Several Product Packages In Order To Obtain The Weight/Volume Required By The Ordering Party. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Product Range Covered By The Order Is Included In The Detailed Form.6. Submitting An Offer Without Providing The Name Of The Manufacturer And The Trade Name Of The Offered Product In The Detailed Forms Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. Order Value Lower Than The Eu Thresholds Determined Pursuant To Art. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law.
