1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Christmas Parcels With Groceries For Clients Of The Social Welfare Center Of The Śródmieście District. Prof. Andrzej Tymowski, Including Preparation/Packaging Of Parcels, In Accordance With The Product Specification Set Out In Annex No. 1 To Swz (Opz) - Table No. 1, And Packing Of Parcels, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, In The Number Of: 660 Pieces, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Orders Or Assortment.2. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Opz, Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Polish Standards. The Delivered Assortment Must Be Fresh With A Shelf Life In Accordance With Section 6 Point 5, And Be Of The First Quality. The Offered Assortment Should Meet The Sanitary Conditions Of Their Acquisition, Production, Processing, Storage, Transport And Direct Sale. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Substitute Packaging For Food Products. 6. In The Assortment Of The Subject Of The Order, Specified In The Opz And The Offer Form, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 And No. 2 To The Swz, Respectively, The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) The Delivered Products Are Approved For Sale, Of The First Quality; 2) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Marked On The Packaging Individual Manufacturers Trademark And Raw Material Composition; 3) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Marked With A Visible, Current Expiration Date; 4) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order In Factory Packaging, Closed, Undamaged And Not Showing Any Signs Of Use; 5) The Expiry Date For The Items Specified In The Assortment Specification (Except Item 16) Of The Offer Form, Counted From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, Cannot Be Shorter Than: - Cold Meats (Items 1-3 Of The Food Package) – Min. 10/01/2025 - Sweets (Item 16 Of The Food Parcel) - Min. February 28, 2025, - Other Items – Min. 30/04/2025 Whenever Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources That Characterize Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor Or The Use Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Are Used In This Opz, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With The Criteria Indicated In Opz To Assess Their Equivalence. 7. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Reduce The Number Of The Subject Of The Order By Sending The Contractor Information In This Regard No Later Than 2 Days Before The Delivery Date, But The Change Cannot Exceed 10% Of The Total Number Of Packages. In Such A Case, The Gross Value Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Proportionally Reduced.8. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Complete The Full Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order.9. The Contractor Is Responsible For Any Shortages, Damages And Defects Of The Subject Of The Order Arising During Its Packaging And During Transport And Unloading, And Will Be O
