Prior Information Notice For Construction Work – Central Forest Park Vyškov. The Current State Of The Area, I.E. An Agricultural Production And Storage Area, Began At The End Of The 1950S. At That Time, The Area Was Located On The Outskirts Of The Built-Up Area Of The City, In The Wider Surroundings There Were Only Fields. In The 70S And 80S Of The 20Th Century, However, The Na Hraničké Housing Estate And The Osvobození Housing Estate Were Built In Its Direct Connection, And The Area Thus Found Itself Within The Residential Development Of The City Of Vyškov. Currently, The Location Is Made Up Of A Number Of Unsatisfactory Properties, The Entire Production And Storage Area Is Morally And Physically Obsolete, It Has The Character Of A Brownfield. The Territory Consists Mainly Of Concrete And Asphalt Surfaces With Several Strips Of Greenery (Infested Unmaintained Greenery) And Buildings That Will Be Subject To Demolition. The Area Is Connected To Technical Networks Of Local Importance Used For Its Current Service (Source Of Electrical Energy, Water Connection, Sewage Connection And Gas Distribution), It Is Fenced And Accessible To The Public Only Through The Entrance In The South-Eastern Part (Ul. Na Hraničkách), It Is Connected To Siding From The Railway Station. The Territory Has Therefore Been Underutilized For A Long Time, The Location Is Registered In The National Brownfield Database. The Original Mainly Agricultural And Storage Use (Production Of Feed Mixtures) Has Been Significantly Dampened In Recent Years, The Original Owner Has Moved Production Elsewhere, And The Area Is Thus Ready For Regeneration. The Goal Of The Project Is The Revitalization And Modification Of Unused Areas, The Creation And Availability Of A New Public Space In Connection With Green Infrastructure. The Existing Underutilized Production And Storage Areas And Buildings Will Be Revitalized Into A Forest Park - A Public Space With Elements Of Public Greenery And Blue-Green Infrastructure. The Partial Goals Of The Realization Of The Forest Park Are To Create A Continuous System Of Public Greenery In An Urbanized Environment, To Contribute To The Improvement Of The Image Of The Residential Area Of The City Of Vyškov, And To Become The Backbone Of A New Development Location Serving Residents And Visitors Of The City. The Output Of The Project Is The Central Forest Park Vyškov, A New Area That Will Serve Local Residents And Visitors To The City. The Realization Of The Project Will Result In The Revitalization Of The Existing Brownfield, A Public Space Will Be Created With Areas Of Green Infrastructure And Water Features And Transport Infrastructure. The Partial Outputs Are Characterized As: The Public Space Will Have An Area Of 17,499 M2 With Vegetation Elements In The Number Of 90 Newly Planted Trees (67 Trees In 2 Avenues And 23 Solitary Trees In The Open Air) And 5 Existing Trees With A Perspective For The Future Forest Park (4 In The Original Location, 1 Moved To A More Suitable Place In The Territory), 81 M Of Shrub Growth (160 Bushes), 4,735 M2 Of Park Lawn And 5,848 M2 Of Flowering Meadow.
