Tender For Misc HVAC WORKS FOR PROPOSED NON PLUG & PLAY MODULE AT WEBEL TOWER-1- 1 DUCTABLE UNITS 2 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Air Cooled Ductable Split Non Inverter type Air Conditioning Machines of following cooling capacities with Single Scroll type compressor. The condenser will comprise of copper tube aluminium finned coil with safety controls, ball type isolating valve at suction and discharge port of each compressor and condensing fan, facilities for guage connection and refrigerant gas-R 410 A charging points etc as required. 3 The evaporator will comprise of copper tube aluminium finned cooling coil statically and dynamically balanced blower, blower motor, air filter, solenoid valves, thermostats, thermostatic expansion valve, housing cabinet etc. 4 The air conditioning machine will have micro-processor based control system with LED display, enunciator for fault diagnosis and other features etc . 5 8.5 TR AC UNITS 6 5.5 TR AC UNITS 7 DUCTING 8 SITC of GSS ducting of following thickness including necessary supports, adjustable dampers, vanes, necessary arrangementsfor connection with existing ductingincluding providing necessary M S angle/M S flat hanger support from true ceiling as per rules etc. complete. 9 24 Gauge GSS ducting site febricated as per IS 655 10 22 Gauge GSS ducting site febricated as per IS 655 11 THERMAL INSULATION 12 Supplying and fixing of 19 mm thick closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self-adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete. 13 ACCOUSTIC INSULATION 14 10 mm thick Acoustic insulation of duct with fire retardant, Open cell, tri-dimensional chemically crosslinked polyethylene foam insulation conforming to Class 0 fire propagation rating and having the minimum density of 32 kg/cu.m. Insulation material shall be supplied with factory-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive and protective cover. 15 DIFFUSER 16 SITC of powder coated extruded aluminium section, supply air diffusers with louvers but with volume control damper as required complete in all respect. 17 SITC of powder coated extruded aluminium section, return air diffusers with louvers but without volume control damper as required complete in all respect. 18 DAMPER 19 SITC of fusible link type Fire damper factory febricated of reputed make with all accessories complete. 20 SITC of GI Duct damper (low leakage type) factory febricated of reputed make with all accessories complete. 21 DRAIN PIPING 22 SITC of hard drawn condensate drain line with UPVC pipe complete with all accessories with 9 mm Nitryle Rubber tube Insulation. 23 25mm 24 32mm 25 REFRIGERANT PIPING 26 Supplyandinstallationof hard drawnrefrigerantpiping for AbovementionedDuctableA.C.UnitsincludingNitryle RubberInsulation. 27 Grills 28 Supply and installation of Aluminium Powder coated Grills for S/ R Air grills including all accessories complete. 29 Canvass connection between evaporator & ducting 30 CABLING 31 Supply and installation of electrical Power/ control cabling of 1.1 KV grade, stranded copper conductor of of suitable size between indoor units and outdoor units complete in all respect. 32 4C X 2.5 mm 33 ODU STRUCTURE 34 Supplying and installation of MS Fabricated ODU Angle (50x50x6 mm) structure for installation of Out door unit with all accessories including ribbed neoprene VI Pads, painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc. (for Ductable units) 35 Misc AC work including civil work for breaking wall for duct, copper pipe, cable & drain water line, Scaffolding / Lifting etc and mending good damages complete.
