The Hus Corporation Is Requesting Offers For Shakers And Mixers Intended For Shaking, Mixing And Keeping In Motion Sample And Test Tubes. The Acquisition Includes E.G. The Following Product Groups, According To Which The Purchase Is Divided Into Parts: Sub-Area 1. Orbital Plane Shaker Sub-Area 2. Vibrating Plane Shaker Sub-Area 3. Rocking Mixer Sub-Area 4. Vortex For One Sample Tube Sub-Area 5. Vortex For Several Sample Tubes Sub-Area 6. Rotary Mixer With The Help Of Getting High-Quality Equipment And A Versatile Selection For The Contracts, Which Can Meet All The Needs Of The Units Involved In The Procurement. The Goal Is Also That The Delivery Reliability Of The Products Is Good And That The Products Are Available When They Are Needed. The Scope Of Procurement Also Includes Equipment-Related Consumables Related To The Offered Products. During The Contract Period, Other Products Belonging To The Product Groups That Are The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Purchased In Accordance With The Estimated Value Of The Purchase, Which Are Specified In The Product Appendix (See Procurement Contract). The Duration Of The Contract Is Two (2) Years On A Fixed-Term Basis, After Which The Contract Can Be Extended With One Option Period Of Two (2) Years. The Procurement Unit Decides On Using The Option Period Separately. Regarding The Supplies, The Contract Continues After The Fixed Period As An Indefinite Period. It Is A Joint Procurement Of Several Procurement Units, Which Is Carried Out As A Procurement Ring. The Units That Will Use The Products Requested In This Request For Tender Are Indicated By Sub-Area In Section Ii.2) Description Of The Request For Tender. It Is An Estimate, And The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To The Announced Euro Amounts And The Realized Consumption Amounts Announced In The Request For Tenders. Final Order Quantities May Be Higher Or Lower Than Stated. The Object Of The Procurement And The Related Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices.
