The Duration Of The Contract Is 18 Months, Of Which: • 6 Months From The Start Date Of The Oîp Design Period As Follows: - 5 Months From The Start Date Of The Oîp: The Elaboration Of The Technical Project Pt (Pac, Poe And Pte, ), - 1 Month From The Preparation Of Pt, Approval Of Pt In Cte Bucharest, Cte Cncf Cfr Sa, Cs Approval At Afer And Obtaining The Construction Authorization (Ac); • 12 Months From The Start Date Of The Oîex Execution Period, In Which The Execution Of The Works Is Carried Out, Including The Completion Of Tests At The End And The Functional And Operational Tests, And The Obtaining Of The Ce Verification Certificate And The Preparation Of The Authorization File And Its Submission To Asfr For The Terrestrial Ccs Structural Subsystem, Including Reception On Completion (Rtl). • The Duration Of The Design And Execution Is 18 Months From The Oîp (Order To Start The Design). After The Completion Of The Design And Execution Of The Works, The Following Follows: • 60 Months From Rtl – Warranty Period, Including The Issuance By Asfr Of The Commissioning Authorization Of The Terrestrial Ccs Structural Subsystem, According To Hg 108/2020; • 2 Months From The End Of The Guarantee Period – Closing Period, In Which The Final Reception Is Carried Out By The Contracting Entity And The Final Work Statements Are Handed Over By The Contractor In Order To Issue The Final Payment Certificate By The Supervisor. Total Contract Implementation: 80 Months From The Start Date Notified By Oîp.
