Call For Applications As Part Of A Contract For Thermal Rehabilitation Works And Artistic Reinterpretation Of The Facades Of The Towers Located At 7, 11, 19 Allée Des Demoiselles Davignon And 95 Rue Des Rosiers – Lot N°1 This Consultation Aims At The Rehabilitation Thermal And The Artistic Reinterpretation Of The 4 Cloud Towers Mentioned In The Subject And Composed Of 3 Lots. The Objective Of This Renovation, Which Must Be Innovative And Efficient, Is To Achieve The Bbc Effinergie Rénovation 2024 Label With Optimization Of Costs Based On Energy Savings Of Up To 75% For The Electric Towers (Towers 11.95 Et19) And 65% For Gas-Powered No. 7. This First Consultation Concerns Exclusively The Work Of Lot No. 1 “Envelope” Of The 4 Towers Mentioned In The Subject. This Lot N°1 Provides For: - The Implementation Of External Thermal Insulation (Ite) And The Change Of Joinery To Single Glazing According To A Technical Pre-Fabrication Process (Monoblock Or Not); - The Repair Of The Waterproofing And The Insulation Of The Roof Terrace - The Road Works At The Foot Of The Building With The Creation Of A Gutter The Work Is Carried Out In An Occupied Environment And In The Presence Of Asbestos A Second Consultation Will Be Launched Subsequently For Lots No. 2 (Work To Restructure The Hall And Improve The Quality Of Services On The Ground Floor) And No. 3 (Work To Renovate The Vmc And Produce Collective Dhw Based On The Recovery Of Gray Water) On The 4 Rounds.
