The Municipalities And Companies Covered By The Delivery Will Enter Into Separate Contracts With The Supplier. The Suppliers Invoicing Of Services Must Be Done To The Individual Municipality And Company. The Assignment Includes: Planning And Implementation Of The Logistics System For The Delivery And Collection Of Sample Bottles Analysis Of Various Parameters Guidance And Professional Support (Related To Analysis Results And Methodology) Assistance In The Preparation Of Individual Sampling Programs For Each Municipality If Necessary. Necessary Sample Packaging Including Transport Packaging. Analyzes That Are Part Of The Routine Control Of The Drinking Water System (Raw Water, Clean Water And Mains Water), Waste Water Management (In And Out Of Treatment Plants), Sludge Samples, Leachate From Waste Sites, Watercourse And Recipient Monitoring, Bathing Water, Pools And Swimming Pools. Analysis Readiness For Reception And Analysis Outside Working Hours, I.E. For Readiness Tests. Analysis Results Must Be Continuously Transferred To The Clients Online System (For Example Gurusoft And Mapgraph). Completed Import Template For Use For Public Databases That Exist Today, Or That May Come In The Future (For Example, The Norwegian Environment Agencys Subject System For Registration And Analysis Of The State Of Water), Must Also Be Included. The Import File Must Be Produced Continuously, And Delivered At The Same Time As The Analysis Report Is Sent To The Client. The Clients Must Therefore Have The Opportunity To Adjust The Number Of Samples In Accordance With The Changed Needs Applicable At Any Given Time. The Client Reserves The Right To Use The Option Of A 30% Change To The Scope Of The Contract Without There Being A Significant Change. The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Scope Of The Contract Due To Events, Contingencies Over Which The Customer Has No Control, Without This Being A Significant Change.
