Tenders Are Invited For O&M Services For Facilities Provided Under Contract 1 The Kiribati Ministry Of Finance And Economic Development, The Public Utilities Board (Pub), The Tuvalu Ministry Of Finance And Economic Development And The Tuvalu Electricity Corporation (Tec) (The Employer) Now Invite Sealed Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning And Operation And Maintenance Of The Facilities (The Works) O&M Services Contract Funded Under Strep Phase 2 Project For The Floating Solar Pv Plant, Bess Facilities, 33 Kv Grid Infrastructure Provided Under Contract 1, For A Period Of Twelve Months Following Their Commissioning Eligible Bidders With The Following Key Qualifications Are Invited To Submit Their Bids For The Entire Scope Of Work: Financial Situation: (A) The Net Worth And Annual Turnover For The BidderS Organization Or Joint Venture Shall Meet The Following Criteria: I. The BidderS Net Worth For The Last Year, Calculated As The Difference Between Total Assets And Total Liabilities, Should Be Positive And, Ii. For A Single Entity, The BidderS Financial Resources, Less Its Financial Obligations For Its Current Contract Commitments, Must Exceed Us$ 8.2 Million. For Joint Ventures, Each Partner Must Meet Us$ 2.1 Million And One Partner Us$ 3.3 Million. (B) For A Single Entity, The BidderS Average Annual Turnover Shall Be Not Less Than Us$ 49 Million Over The Last Three Years. For A Joint Venture, Each Partner Must Meet 25% Of This Amount And One Partner 40%. Similar Works Experience: The Bidder Shall Have Participated In At Least One Contract For Utility Scale Floating Solar Pv Power Plants, Of A Minimum 5 Mwp Capacity Or Higher And A Bess Of At Least 5 Mwh With Control Systems, That Have Been Successfully Or Substantially Completed Within The Last Five Years And That Are Similar To The Proposed Contract, Where The Value Of The BidderS Participation In Each Contract Exceeds Us$ 25 Million. The Similarity Of The BidderS Participation Shall Be Based On The Physical Size, Nature Of Works, Complexity, Methods, Technology, Or Other Characteristics As Described In Section 6 (EmployerS Requirements) Of The Bidding Document.
