Description Of The Initial Situation (Current State): The Nuremberg Urban Drainage And Environmental Analysis (Sun) Operates Sewage Treatment Plant 1 And Sewage Treatment Plant 2 To Treat The Resulting Wastewater. The 2-Stage Biological Purification Stage Of Sewage Treatment Plant 1 Consists Of A High-Load Aeration With Oxygen And A Conventionally Aerated Low-Load Aeration (Slb). Oxygen Is Introduced Into The Slb Via Membrane Aerators. The Aeration Of The Aeration Tanks 1 To 4 (Bb 1 To Bb 4) Is Carried Out Via 10 Turbo Compressors (Make Linde, Built In 1972). The 10 Compressors Are Connected To The Dn 900 Collecting Line, Which Leads To The Aeration Tanks Bb 1 To Bb 4, Via A Supply Line On Which The Start-Up Relief Is Also Mounted. A Butterfly Valve Is Installed At The Transition To The Manifold. The 10 Compressors Each Stand On A Concrete Foundation. The Supply Air Is Drawn In From An Intake Duct Under The Compressors In The Basement. The Compressors Are Also Equipped With Oil Cooling. 2. Description Of The Task (Target Condition): The Plan Is To Install 8 New, Energy-Efficient Compressors (Make Sulzer, Type Hst 30-58-8-300) In The Blower Station In The Area Where The Existing Existing Compressors (Linde Compressors) Are Parked. In Addition, The Respective Pipe Connection To The Existing Manifold And The Supply Air Ducts For The Compressors Must Be Replaced. The Interface For Connecting The Pressure Line To The Manifold Is The Dn 350 Butterfly Valve, Which Also Needs To Be Replaced.
