General Procurement Notice for provision of goods, works and consulting services for the Post-Earthquake Hospitals Reconstruction Project Provision of Goods, Works and Consulting Services for Post Earthquake Hospitals Reconstruction Project The project will include the following components A. Civil and Electromechanical Works: Procurement of civil works for construction of an Emergency Hospital will be undertaken in a manner consistent with the simplified and expedient procedures permitted under the disaster and emergency assistance as per para 3.11 of IsDBs Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under IsDB Project Financing, April 2019 (Revised February 2023) through application of National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procurement of contracts financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (April 2019, revised February 2023), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consultant Services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (February 2023).
