Computer-Related Services – Microsoft Azure Pilvteenused. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Provider For Ordering Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. The State Information And Communication Technology Center (Rit) Organizes Public Procurement As A Voluntary Central Public Procurement, The Personal Scope Of Which Includes All The Following Located In The Republic Of Estonia: 1) Government Institutions And The Institutions Managed By Them; 2) Constitutional Institutions And The Agencies Managed By Them; 3) Local Governments And Institutions Managed By Them; 4) Public Legal Entities Established On The Basis Of The Law; 5) Established By The State Or With The Participation Of The State: A. Foundations; B. Non-Profit Organizations; C. Companies. The Mentioned Institutions Have The Right To Order Services On The Basis Of The Contract From The Conclusion Of The Corresponding Agreement With Rit. Based On The Framework Agreement, You Have The Right To Order All Cloud Services From The Microsoft Azure Service Portfolio (Including Iaas, Paas And Saas Services).
