Electric Buses – Electric Minibuses. - The Supply Of 5 Units Of Electric Minibuses As Follows: - 4 Electric Minibuses For The Municipality Of Arad And 1 Minibus For The Commune Of Ghioroc - 4 Units Of Electric Charging Stations For The Municipality Of Arad And 1 Station For The Commune Of Ghioroc, The Minibuses Will Have Fully Electric Traction, Achieved Autonomous With Rechargeable Energy Storage System (Srse) With Accumulator Batteries, Respectively Slow Electric Charging Stations, According To The Requirements Stipulated In The Specifications. The Offered Electric Minibuses Will Be Made In Accordance With The Standardized Documents In Force, With The National And International Regulations Regarding The Technical Conditions That Road Vehicles Must Meet, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications. The Offered Slow Electric Charging Stations Will Be Made In Accordance With The Standardized Documents In Force, With The National And International Regulations Regarding The Technical Conditions That Must Be Met By The Electric Charging Stations, Respectively According To The Provisions Of The Specifications Within 15 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Bidder Declared The Winner Is Obliged To Submit For The Approval Of The Contracting Authority The Company, Product Standard For Minibuses And Charging Stations, These Being Presented In The Form Required By The Legal Regulations. Operational Specifications: - Average Service Life: Minimum 8 Years, - Service Life Without General Repair: Minimum 8 Years Or 640,000 Km;, - Service Life Of Storage Batteries: Minimum 4 Years Or 2,500 Full Charge Cycles. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications Addressed Within The Term Provided For In Section I.1 (20 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers) 15 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, So As To Comply With The Provisions Of Art. 160-161 Of Law 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
