With The Project, The Development Indicators For Upi V In Quarter 319 Have Been Reached As Follows: • Area Of The Property - 1750 Sq. M • Built-Up Area - 692 Sq. M • Expanded Built-Up Area - 1184 Sq. M • Building Density - 39% • Building Intensity - 0.6% • Green Area /613 Sq. M/ - 35%, At Least 1/3 Of The Area For Greening Is Occupied By Tall Tree Species, According To Art. 19, Para. 2 Of Ordinance No. 7 Pnut Of 22.12 .2003. The Building Will Be Two-Storey And Will Consist Of A Ground Floor And An Above-Ground Level With Administrative And Domestic Premises And A Reinforced Concrete Roof Slab. On The First Floor, There Is An Entrance Area With Security, A Corridor, A Multifunctional Hall (1) For 100 People + A Dressing Room, A Multifunctional Hall (2) For 30 People, A Multifunctional Hall (3) For 40 People, A Library, A Relaxation Area, A Technical Room, An Auxiliary Room, Sanitary Facilities - Male And Female, Staircase And Elevator. On The Second Floor There Are Administration, Managers Office, Rest Room, Wc, Staff Recreation, Corridor, Playground, Corridor, Utility Room, Bedroom (1) With Three Beds, Bedroom (2) With Three Beds, Bedroom (3) With Three Beds, Bedroom (4) With Three Beds, Bedroom (5) With Three Beds For Disabled People.
