The Procedure For Awarding The Public Procurement Contract Is Initiated Under This Suspensive Clause, In The Sense That The Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract Is Conditional On The Signing Of The Financing Contract Within The North-West Regional Program. Considering The Provisions Of Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement And H.G. No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Specifies That The Tenderer Declared The Winner Will Conclude The Contract Only To The Extent That The Financing Contract Is Signed Within The Project Construction Of General School With Grades 0-Viii, Exterior Fitting; Fence Of Land, Connections And Connections To Utilities Bidders In This Procedure Understand That The Contracting Authority Cannot Be Held Liable For Any Damage In The Event Of The Cancellation Of The Award Procedure, Regardless Of Its Nature And Regardless Of Whether The Contracting Authority Has Been Notified Of The Existence Of Such Damage .
