The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery Of A Pim / Pam Tool For Access Control Primarily, But Not Only, To The Server Infrastructure For User Accounts Of The Root Type, Administrator, Service Accounts And User Accounts That Have Higher Than Normal Privileges, I.E. The Acquisition Of Software Equipment (Hereinafter Referred To As Sw) Incl. Provision Of User Rights To Sw – Permanent License, System Implementation (Sw Solution), Execution Of Integrations, Setting Of Related Processes, Provision Of Related Services (Including Training) And All Technical And Software Equipment To The Extent Given By The Technical Specification, Including Complete Administrative And User Documentation, That All In Fulfillment Of The Requirements, All In Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of Act No. 181/2014 Coll., On Cyber Security And On The Amendment Of Related Regulations, As Amended By Related Regulations. The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes The Provision Of Support Services For A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Handover And Acceptance Of The Equipment As Part Of Normal Operation At The Level According To Annex No. 2 Of The Sla Of The Business Conditions. Detailed Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Supply Of Equipment And Other Conditions Are Given In The Tender Documentation.
