Tenders are invited for Consultants Database - Q-Sourcing Rwanda Limited. Location: Kigali Deadline: Thursday, 17/10/2024 23:59 Background Q-SOURCING RWANDA LIMITED is seeking to build a diverse database of experienced consultants to support various sectors including, but not limited to, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Digital Technology, Training, Quality Management, Research, Renewable Energy, Mining, Legal Advisory, Strategic Partnerships, and Construction. Our goal is to ensure that we have a pool of highly qualified and experienced professionals available for projects on a need-basis. Objective This TOR aims to outline the qualifications, responsibilities, and expectations for consultants interested in joining our database. Consultants in mid-level and senior-level positions are required to have extensive experience in their respective fields, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to client projects. Scope of Work Consultants will be expected to provide expertise in one or more of the following fields: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Digital and Technology Services(including IT consultancy, digital transformation, and related areas) Training and Capacity Building(covering soft skills, technical skills, etc.) Quality Management Systems Research and Development Renewable Energy Mining sector. Strategic Partnerships and Business Development Construction and Infrastructuresector Governance Monitoring and evaluation Human resource consultancy (orgnaisational reviews, salary benchmarking surveys) Data analytics and Business Intelligence.
