Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil For Heating Purposes in Poland

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Ekoterm Light Heating Diesel Oil Or Equivalent To The Ordering Party In A Total Quantity Of Approx. 187 Thousand. Liters. 2. The Fuel Oil Being The Subject Of Delivery Must Have The Parameters Specified In The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024:2020-12. Petroleum Products. Fuel Oils, For Light Fuel Oil L-1.3. In The Event Of Failures Resulting From The Delivery Of Fuel Oil That Is Contaminated Or Does Not Meet The Parameters Specified Above, The Contractor Shall Bear All Costs Related To Their Removal.4. Oil Can Only Be Delivered With An Oil Quality Certificate.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Grant Advance Payments For The Execution Of The Order And Does Not Make Prepayments For Deliveries. Settlements After Execution And Protocol Acceptance.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Deliveries Within The Subject Of The Order, Which Will Be Adjusted To The Needs And Conditions Of Heat Supply Of Recipients.7. The Oil Will Be Delivered In Compliance With All Applicable Regulations Governing The Transport Of Hazardous Materials By Persons With Appropriate Authorizations, Transported By The Contractor To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Successively, In Accordance With Individual Orders. The Oil Will Be Supplied To The Boiler Room In The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Rząśnia And The Commune Cultural Center In Kodran, And To The Boiler Room In The Municipal Buildings Of The Rząśnia Commune In Suchowola, Biała, Rząśnia And Stróża.8. Loading, Unloading And Transport Will Be Included In The Unit Price Of Oil.
