The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is The Implementation Of The Energy Efficiency Development Of Semmelweis Universitys Theoretical Block In Nagyvárad Square. The Purpose Of The Investment Is Energy Savings And Safe Operation. The Investment Is Aimed At Renovation And Modernization With The Aim Of Increasing Energy Efficiency, As Follows: A) Architecture: Complete Replacement Of The Tower Buildings North And South Facade Curtain Wall With The Existing Panel Design Approx. With The Demolition Of 2X2700 M2 Curtain Walls. A New, Self-Supporting Aluminum Chamber Curtain Wall Is Made With A Cover Profile Of The Same Size As The Current One. Fixed Glazing, Thermal Bridge-Free Aluminum Windows, And Opaque Parapet Glass In The Parapet Fields Are Installed As Inserts In The Curtain Wall. The Existing False Ceiling Of The Rooms Of The Pie Building Needs To Be Dismantled In Several Places, And Then Restored After The Mechanical Installation. The Possibility Of Switching Between The Existing District Heating And The Planned System Is Solved By A Motorized Open-Close Switching Valve. The Network Was Split Into Two Parts Due To The High Pressures. Machine Rooms Are Located In The Basement And On The 12Th Floor. The Heating Heat Loss Of The Entire Building: ~733.69 Kw, Which Is Replaced By The Mixer Switching Of The Fan-Coil, Radiator And Air Handling Circuits On The Individual Manifolds With Weather-Dependent Control. The Larger Spaces Are Heated With Air Heating. The Total Output Of The Planned Heat Transfer System, Taking Into Account 80 (Eighty) % Utilization: 664.8 Kw. Switching Between Heating And Cooling Modes Is Ensured By Motorized Switching Valves. The Designed Heat Pumps Do Not Contain A Buffer Tank. Maximum Simultaneous Cooling Demand In Summer, Calculated At 80 (Eighty) % Utilization: 1015.4 Kw. 2. Air-Conditioning Installation: A Total Of 14 (Fourteen) Air-Conditioning Systems Will Be Installed, Modified, Or Replaced In The Building. We Will Replace The Existing Fans With Heat Recovery Ventilation Equipment. The Air Handling Machines Are Machines With Media And Cross-Flow Heat Recovery. C) Building Electricity: Outdated Light Fixtures Are Replaced With Modern Led Lighting Fixtures. In Connection With The Modernization Of The Building Engineering System, It Is Necessary To Build An Electrical Energy Supply.
