Cemetery Maintenance Services – Administration And Maintenance Of Municipal Cemeteries At Ul. Słowiańska And Ul. Walerian Łukasiński In Świdnica In 2025 - 2026.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: - Administration Of Municipal Cemeteries At Ul. Słowiańska And Ul. Walerian Łukasiński In Świdnica,  Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned Cemeteries Together With The Assets Of The Świdnica City Commune Located On Their Premises, Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Agreement. 1) In The Scope Of Administration: A) Conducting Rational Management Of Burial Grounds And Managed Facilities, B) Running And Maintaining A Facility Or Premises In Świdnica Enabling The Handling Of Formal Matters And Its Service On Weekdays From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M. And From 7.00 A.M. To 1.00 P.M. On Saturdays, C) Collecting Fees And Issuing Invoices On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Municipality Of Świdnica,  Preparing Monthly Statements Of Income From Fees For The Use Of The Cemetery And Cemetery Facilities According To The Prices Specified In The Ordinance Of The Mayor Of Świdnica - By The 7Th Day Of The Month Following The Month In Which The Service Was Sold,  The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party Every Month By The 7Th Day Of The Month Following The Month In Which The Service Was Sold: Records Of Turnover And Amounts Of Tax Due, Daily Reports From The Cash Register (Of Collected Fees), Prepared For A Given Monthly Month Cash Register Report,  The Contractor May Not Make The Novitus Deon Lan E Fiscal Printer And The Symfonia Handel Pro Version 2 Software And The Pervasive Sql V11 License (Workgroup) Available To Third Parties In Any Form,  The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Daily Fiscal Report After The Completion Of The Sale For A Given Day, But No Later Than Before The First Sale Is Made On The Next Day, And Prepare A Fiscal Report For The Monthly Period After The End Of The Sale On The Last Day Of The Month, But No Later Than Before The Start Of Sales In The Following Month,  The Contractor Is Obliged To Print Out All Issued Through The Cash Register Of Documents And Deliver Them To The Ordering Partys Office, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Register Each Sale Using A Fiscal Printer And Print A Fiscal Receipt Or Invoice For Each Sale And To Issue The Original Printed Document To The Customer, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Record Sales Using Reserve Cash Register Or Cessation Of Sales In Cases Where, For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contractor, Records Of Turnover And Amounts Of Tax Due Cannot Be Kept Using Cash Registers, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Report To The Ordering Party Any Irregularities In The Operation Of The Provided Equipment Or Software, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Checking The Integrity Of The Fiscal Printer And The Correctness Of Its Operation At Each Request Of The Competent Authorities And Reporting To The Ordering Party About The Commencement Of The Inspection By The Authorized Authorities, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Store The Fiscal Printer Book In The Place And For The Period Of Its Use And Make It Available
