Fabrication & erection of double Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (Top Channel, Dropper Angle etc.) as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP clamp, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor).Making plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that No rainwater gets accumulated on the top. All work will be done as per RESPO Norms & relevent IS Specification. 58 The excavation of 1 No foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of single Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (Top Channel, Dropper Angle etc.) as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/PCC clamp, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor).Making plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that No rainwater gets accumulated on the top. Paint will beprovided by contractor 60 Earthing of ST Pole by MS earthing Rod & 6 SWG earthing Wire as per RESPO Norms. 61 Fabrication, errection, commissioning & Testing of25/63/100/250/400 KVA T/F on Double Pole/Plinth with all accessories including make its LT and HT connection. All necessary materials such as Holding clamp, Al.Lugs (Confirming to IS 8309), Z Clamp, Nuts & Bolts will be supplied by the Contractor. 62 Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work) 63 Erection ofFuse Set 64 Erection ofTPMO 65 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of ACSR Dog/Weasel conductor for LT/HT Line with fixing of LT Clamps/other clamps, Shackle insulator and nuts&bolts off size as per required. 66 Chemical earthing of Transformer (Body+Neutral) as per IS Code 3043 - 1987 specification (Materials will be provided by contractor) 67 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of ABC Cable (Size may vary) of LT Line with fixing of Distribution Box with Clamp, Insulated Dead end clamp with I hook, Suspension clamp with I hook(Insulated), LT insulated Piercing connector, XLPE 1X35 Sq.mm. Al. cable for enerzing DB,XLPE 1X16 Sq.mm. 68 Hoisting & Looping of 11 KV XLPE Cable Providing GI Pipe 3 M Long with complete Work 69 Erection of 11 KV XLPE Cable Jointing Kit/Straight Through with complete work 70 Installation of PPMC & 11 KV CT/PT Pole Mounting Unit 71 Earthing of PPMC & CT/PT unit 72 Laying of HDPE Pipe 6 inch Diameter for laying of 11 KV XLPE Cable by horizontal drilling method. The HDPE pipe shall be of PE 80 grade with pressure rating PN6 conforming to IS 4984/1995 and shall have wall thickness of 6.20 to 7.10 mm (HDPE pipe 6 inch dia with elbow and socket for 11 KV cable will be supplied by contractor) 73 Laying and dressing of under ground 11 KV XLPE Cable(Size may vary) by Horizontal drilling method as per RESPO norms. The Depth of horizontal drilling shall be between 2 to 3 meters or as per site required. 74 Laying and dressing of under ground 11 KV XLPEby Digging method using sand & Bricks as per RESSPO norms. 75 Laying and sagging of overhead 11 KV XLPE Cable as per site required. 76 Dressing, Tagging and Safe Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable under Concrete roadside trench with necessary material. (All Necessary Materialsprovided by Contractor) 77 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 mtr with the help of first class brick & 9 masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely andplastering outer surface as per RESPO norms. Top of the plinth covered with 4 RCC Slab of ratio 1:1.5:3 (Cement, sand & concrete) grouting with 2 Nos. ISMC size 125X65X6 MM (confirming to IS 808:1989) of 2000 mm long for resting. All required materials will be provided by the contractor. 78 Grill fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size & height approx 2 meter as per site requirement with fabrication 50X50X5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of grill, having a gate on road side must have provision of locking arrangement. The work is including painting of fencing as per norms. Work will be done as per RESPO specification. 79 Shifting of existing Transformer from its existing place to new site with complete work 80 Dismantling of following Line materials and safe loading, unloading and carraige of dismantled material from work site to departmental store 81 STP pole 11/9 meter long 82 11 kV Line 83 LT Three Phase Line
