Sewage Work – Sv-Cl-10 - Rehabilitation Of The Treatment Plant In Campulung Moldovenesc. The Contract Includes Design, Execution Of Works And Technical Assistance From The Designer For The Objective Rehabilitation Of The Treatment Plant In The Town Of Campulung Moldovenesc In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications, As Follows: The Main Requirements For The Treatment Plant Of The Town Of Campulung Moldovenesc Are The Rehabilitation, Upgrading And Expanding The Existing Capacities Of The Existing Treatment Plant. The Rehabilitation And Upgrading Of The Seau Was Completed In 2007. After The Testing Period, The Station Was Put Into Operation On April 15, 2008. The Treatment Station Was Designed For 35,000 L.E. At A Flow Rate Of 90L/S. The Treatment Plant Will Receive Waste Water From The Campulung Moldovenesc Agglomeration. The Emissary Is The River Moldova. The Equivalent Population Of The Campulung Moldovenesc Sewage Treatment Plant Is 20,323 L.E. The Contract For The Design And Execution For The Objective Rehabilitation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In The Town Of Campulung Moldovenesc Includes: A) The Design Activities - The Technical Execution Project, Which Will Include All The Necessary Documents According To The Legislation And Any Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals And Authorizations; Support For The Beneficiary In Obtaining The Necessary Authorizations And Approvals; B) Construction Works; C) Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; D) Testing And Commissioning; E) Training Of The Beneficiarys Staff. F) Fixing Any Defects That Appeared During The Warranty Period. G) During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Also Provide Technical Assistance From The Designer, With All The Legal Attributions That Fall To Him For This Purpose. The Duration Of Design And Execution Of The Works And Commissioning Of The Installations Is 35 Months, Broken Down As Follows: - Design Stage: 6 Months, - Period Of Execution Of The Works: 24 Months - Testing And Commissioning Period: 5 Months Period Notification Of Defects (Pnd) Is At Least 36 Months. The Contract Remains Valid Until All Obligations Are Fulfilled By The Parties. The Contract Value Does Not Include Miscellaneous And Unforeseen Expenses. The Estimated Value Of The Rehabilitation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Campulung Moldovenesc Contract Does Not Include Provisioned Amounts.
