Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for Design, Review and Supervision of the Construction Works of Centre of Excellence for Aviation Skills (Ceas) The services included under this project are: Supervision services of the construction works of the Centre of Excellence for Aviation Skills, ensuring it is equipped with state-of-the-art, sustainable, and climate-responsive features. The supervision of construction works is expected be completed within twenty (20) months after signing the contract with an additional project liability period not less than Twelve (12) months. The works contract consists of the following: Academic and Administrative buildings will entail classrooms, flight simulator rooms, briefing rooms, cabin crew training workshops, exam rooms, Computer Based Training rooms, conference rooms, digital electronics lab and post flight briefing rooms to accommodate 450 students per year. Accommodation buildings to accommodate around 120 students. Aircraft Hangar will entail an engineering practical training and school aircraft maintenance area of 3,300 m2 with a storage space for 8-9 helicopters. The hangar to also accommodate tech rooms, tech storages, workshops, few offices. Recreational facilities including swimming pool, basketball court and volleyball court.
