Scanning Services – Information System For The Delimitation Of Water Courses. The Object Of The Project Is The Implementation Of Part Of The Object Of The Unified Digital Map That Concerns Article 6 Paragraph 3, Subsection (I) Of Law 4635/19 And Paragraph 4 Of The Same Article In The Part That Concerns The Information Of Bodies Regarding The Demarcation Of Watercourses . Its Aim Is To Collect, Record, Post And Enrich The Single Digital Map With Information Regarding The Demarcation Of Watercourses, So That This Information Is Available To Society And The State In Order To Strengthen Environmental Protection And Facilitate Economic Development And Investments In The Country. During The Implementation Of The Project, An Investigation Will Be Done Throughout The Territory, And The Existing Demarcations Will Be Recorded And Digitized. In Addition, The Necessary Information Will Be Collected And Produced To Assist The State In The Future Drafting Of Demarcation Files Without Settlement Projects (Current Situation) In Undemarcated Watercourses, Approximately 6,000 Km Long, Located Within The Potentially High Flood Risk Zones (Hfrzs), Such As Have Been Determined In Application Of Directive 2007/60/Ec.
