Information Technology Services – Improvement And Expansion Of The Service And Infrastructure Of The Taxpayer Service Center (Tax) Of The Independent Public Revenue Authority. The Object Of The Agreement Is To Improve And Upgrade The Overall Service Experience Of Taxpayers And All Relevant Information Systems And Tools Of Both The Taxpayer Service Center (Tsc) And The Individual Dous And Customs Offices. The Improvement And Upgrading Of The Overall Service Experience Of Taxpayers Will Be Achieved Through A Single Service System Which Will Be A Hub For The Collection, Management And Transfer Of Information From And To The Individual Service Channels. Through This Comprehensive, Multi-Faceted And Pan-Channel Service (Omni Channel Approach), The Taxpayer Will Have The Possibility Of Utilizing One Or More Channels Of Communication With The Aade And The Individual Dou And Customs Offices. At The Same Time, All The Technological Infrastructure Related To The Service Of Taxpayers Of The Taxpayer Service Center Will Be Upgraded Through The Improvement Of All Information Systems And Tools To Upgrade The Services Provided By The Existing Taxpayer Service Center (Tsc). In Order To Achieve The Requested New Degree Of Parameterization And Flexibility, The Newly Developed System Should Not Be Based On A Specific Static Structure, On The Contrary, It Will Be Able To Be Defined Based On The Needs Of Each Period Of Its Development. The New System Should Have The Ability To Define And Integrate Dynamic Workflows That Will Be Created Anew Or Modified By The System Administrator Depending On The Current Service Process Of Any New Service To Be Included. The New Sophisticated System Should Support All The Functionalities Provided By The Existing K.E.F. And To Incorporate New Ones For A More Efficient Service To Customers. The Upgrade Of The Provided Information In Terms Of Content And Means, Support, As Well As The Provision Of New Complementary And Supporting Services, Will Concern Both External Users, I.E. Citizens And Businesses, As Well As The Internal Users Of The Independent Public Revenue Authority And Agencies. The Architectural Solution That Will Finally Be Adopted Will Enable The Modeling Of The New Information System Of K.E.F. As A Single Central It Core Infrastructure (Omni Channel Approach) Which Will Be Easily Enriched With Any Discrete Necessary Functionality As A Separate Information Entity, Which Will Be Immediately Possible To Attach To It (E.G. Microservices Technology). This Will Result In A Clear Separation Of The Subsystems And Distinct Functional Parts Of The K.E.F.S Information System. As A Result Of Which It Is Easy And Immediate To Modify And Replace Them As Well As To Add New Ones (E.G. Subsystem For Managing Access And Roles, Subsystem For Extracting Statistics/Reports, Etc.).
