1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Digital Polarimeter To The Institute Of Chemical Sciences, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Equipment Indicated In Section 1 To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In The City Of Siedlce. The Contractors Obligations Will Include: 1) Agreeing A Delivery Date; 2) Removing And Disposing Of Packaging, Unless The Ordering Party Decides Otherwise. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Store The Original Packaging Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract. The Warranty Cannot Be Conditional On Having The Original Packaging; 3) Delivery (Transport, Bringing) Of The Subject Of The Order To The Institute Of Chemical Sciences Of The University Of Siedlce, Ul. 3 Maja 54, In Siedlce; 4) Installation And Commissioning Of The Device And Training Of Staff In The Use Of The Device.
