The Subject Of The Public Contract Entitled Attendance System (Hereinafter Referred To As Attendance System) Is The Supply And Implementation Of A New Attendance System And, After The Completion Of The Implementation, The Provision Of Support For A Period Of 15 Years. Delivery Of Access Readers And Attendance Terminals Is Part Of The Delivery. More Detailed Specifications Of The Subject Of Vz Performance, Conditions And Other Requirements Are Given In The Binding Contract Proposal (Annex No. 2 Of This Procurement Documentation). It Is A Complex Sw That Includes Several Key Modules And Functions Aimed At Effective Management Of Work Processes In The Organization. This Software Focuses Primarily On Managing Employees Working Hours And Optimizing Processes Related To Personnel And Attendance Management. One Of The Key Parts Is The Attendance System, Which Will Allow Accurate Tracking Of The Presence/Absence Of Employees, Including Vacation Planning. In The System, It Will Be Possible To Request Absence Digitally (Vacation, Indisposition Leave, Work And Service Leave, Study Leave, Etc.). An Approval Workflow Will Be Linked To The Mentioned Request To Ensure The Management Of Work Absences. It Will Also Include Records Of Official And Working Hours, Including The Ability To Display The Absence Of Colleagues And Subordinates. It Will Also Be Possible To Register Working From Home In The System. Furthermore, The Software Will Include The Possibility Of Entering Domestic And International Travel Orders, Which Will Be Connected To The Economic Information System. To Ensure The Smooth Running Of Processes, The System Will Also Have The Option To Set A Representative According To Legal Obligations Or The Preferences Of A Specific User. The System Will Make It Possible To Receive Reports From External Workers, And These Reports Will Be Approved By Individual Managers. Part Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Access Card Readers For Employees, Civil Servants, Externs And Visitors, Located At The Entrances To The Buildings Of The Ministry Of Industry And Trade. Furthermore, The Delivery Of Attendance Terminals, Located On Individual Floors Of Mpo Buildings, Which Will Enable The Display Of The Most Frequent Types Of Absences, And Each User Will Be Able To Choose The Reason For Leaving The Building. In Addition, The Contract Will Include The Purchase Of Access Readers And Control Units For Entering Secure (Regime) Areas. Important Information Related To Working Hours And Timesheets Will Be Displayed On The Employee Portal, Allowing Each User To Easily Access Relevant Data About Their Work Activity, Time Balance And Other Important Information. It Will Also Be Possible To Create Overviews And Reports Within The System. Considering The Nature Of The Data Stored In The System, Emphasis Will Be Placed On Ensuring Security (Management Of Accesses And Roles, Activity Logging, Separation Of Attendance And Access Systems From The Point Of View Of The Protection Of Classified Information, Etc.).
