The Main Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Support The Activities Of The Contracting Authority By Attracting External Contractors To Provide Expert Technical Assistance For Organization, Management And Reporting Of The Activities Provided For In The Project, Financed Within The Framework Of Procedure No. Bg16ffpr002-1.002 - Construction Of Water Supply Infrastructure For 7 Water Supply Operators Under The Environment Program 2021 - 2027. The Provision Of Expert Services By The Consultant Will Ensure The Process Of High-Quality And Timely Implementation And Reporting Of Project Activities And The Project As A Whole, Subject To Compliance With The Terms Of The Administrative Contract For Grant-In-Aid /Adbfp/, The Documents Under The Environment Program 2021-2027 And The Applicable Regulatory Documents. The Selected Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Overall Organization And Coordination Of The Work Process For Management And Implementation Of The Project And Its Activities, Defining, Specifying And Distributing Specific Tasks Among The Experts. Upon Execution Of The Order, It Is Planned To Select A Team Of Experts For The Overall Management Of The Project, Which Water Supply And Sewerage Dobrich Jsc, Dobrich Will Implement Within The Framework Of Procedure Bg16ffpr002-1.002 Construction Of Water Supply Infrastructure For 7 Water Supply Operators Under Priority 1 Water Of The Environment Program 2021 - 2027, According To Which The Administrative Contract Will Be Concluded Between The Persons Authorized By The Line Structures And Ministries And The Executive Director Of Water Supply And Sewerage Dobrich Jsc, Dobrich. This Public Procurement Is Awarded In The Implementation Of The Organization And Management Activity, Envisaged As The Main Activity In The Submission Of The Project Proposal. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Relevant Activities, Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
