The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works And Services Related To The Construction Works Performed As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Retention Reservoir In Łacin Together With The Construction Of Road 19Kd-D On Plots No. 22/12, 22/11 And 22/7. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Construction Of A Retention Reservoir In Accordance With The Design Documentation (Construction Design And Detailed Design) Prepared By The Sweco Polska Sp. Design Office. Z O. O. And Building Permit Decision No. 216/2023 Of March 15, 2023, Amended Ua-Viii.6740.952.2022 Of November 16, 2023, Issued To The City Of Poznań And Aquanet, • Construction Of A Road On Plots No. 22/12 And 22/ 11 And 22/7 In Accordance With The Documentation, Made By Kfg Sp. Z O.O. Sp. K. Road Design Office. The Contractor Will Implement The Investment For The City Of Poznań In The Following Scope: • Pedestrian Paths With Surfaces Made Of Aggregate, Cubes And Concrete Slabs, • Greenery, • Small Architecture, Playground, • Greenery Irrigation Installation, • Access Road To The Reservoir, • Rainwater Pumping Station • Construction Of A Road On Plots No. 22/12, 22/11 And 22/7. The Contractor Will Implement The Investment For Aquanet S.A. In The Following Scope: • Earthworks Of The Retention Reservoir Up To The Level Of The Bottom Foundation, Along With Shaping All Slopes To The Level Of The Existing Terrain, • Strengthening The Bottom And Slopes Of The Retention Reservoir, • Reinforced Concrete Diaphragm Walls Around The Perimeter Of The Retention Reservoir, • Access Road To The Retention Reservoir With Bituminous Surface, • Technical Access Road Inside The Retention Reservoir (Paving Surface) And The Square Around The Pre-Treatment Devices (Aggregates), • Grp Dn1000 And Dn1200 Inflow Canal With Wells To The Retention Reservoir Along With A Bypass For Pre-Treatment Devices, • Lamella Separator, • Two-Chamber Settling Tank, • Shore Intake Including A Grate, Technical Stairs And A Balustrade, • A Two-Part Wall Penstock With An Electromechanical Drive, • A Dn2000 Grp Well With A Flow Regulator, • A Grp Dn700 Drainage Channel With 6 Grp Wells, • A Yksy Power Supply And Control Installation For The Zdn700 Penstock, A Dn700 Penstock, • Partitions Retention Reservoir At The Level Of The Lower Slope, Including The Fence Demonstrated At The Technical Exit And The Bank Intake. The Entire Subject Of The Order Is To Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Engineering As Well As Generally Applicable Legal Regulations.
