The Object Of The Project Is The Census Of A Significant Number, As At Least Described In Paragraph 1.2. Of Annex I, Unused Properties Of Housing Rehabilitation Programs For Refugees, The Needy, The Bereaved And Those Affected By The Second World War, Implemented In The Territory In The Last 100 Years, I.E. Buildings, Apartments And Plots Of Land. The Inventory Will Not Include Properties That Were Allocated With A Definitive Concession Of Ownership To Beneficiaries, As These Are Now Considered Private Properties. In More Detail, The Scope Of The Project Includes The Following: • The Identification And Inventory Of A Significant Number, As At Least Described In Paragraph 1.2. Of Annex I, Unused Properties Of Housing Rehabilitation Programs Of The Ministry Of Social Cohesion And Family And The Creation Of A Digital Property File • Actions To Legally Secure The Ownership Of The Properties To Be Inventoried • Actions For The Optimal Utilization Of Part Of The Properties For Public Benefit Purposes (Such As Damage Restoration Costing Or Costing Of Property Demolition) • Study Of Technical Specifications Of A Digital Platform / Real Estate Management Software Application And Its Creation • The Entry Of Data Of The Unused Properties That Will Be Identified, Into The Digital Platform / Real Estate Management Software Application That Will Be Implemented In The Context Of The Project And The Completion Of The Electronic Property File, Through Services Related To The Technical Inspection Of Part Of The Properties And Documents That Will Be Produced In The Context Of Said Inspection. In More Detail, Within The Framework Of The Project, A Property Management Platform / Online Property Management Software Application Will Be Implemented With An Integrated Geographical Information System (Gis), Utilizing As Much As Possible And In Accordance With The Judgment And The Proposal Of The Candidate Contractor, The Existing System Of Idika Sa . Which Is Described In Par. 1.2.2, While Documents, Diagrams And Other Documents Related To Ministry Properties Will Be Collected And, Where Required, Digitized And Data Will Be Recorded With The Aim Of Creating A Digital Property File. In Particular, Actions Are Foreseen With The Aim Of Completing The Property File As Completely As Possible, As The Case May Be, As Well As Entering The Relevant Data Into The Application, Ensuring The Possibility Of Electronic Management Of The Properties Through It. The Application Will Include The Digital File Of The Property With, As The Case May Be, Technical, Legal And Administrative Data Concerning Each Property As Well As Its Spatial Location (Connection To Gis). For A Very Small Part Of The Properties, The Creation Of New Topographical Diagrams, Floor Plans, Etc. May Be Required, As Prescribed By The Said Service In The Continuation Of This Announcement.
