Prior Information Notice For Car Park Building Construction Work – Parking House Neratovice. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work Consisting In The Construction Of A Parking Garage In Neratovice In The Central Bohemia Region. The Subject Of Performance Will Be The Execution Of Construction Works, Including The Processing Of Construction Documentation (Dps) And An Itemized List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Of Dimensions In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Therefore Be Implemented By The Design And Build Method. This Is A New Construction Of A Parking Building With The Necessary Transport And Technical Infrastructure. The New Building Will Serve As A Parking Garage For Residents Of The City And The Adjacent Housing Estate, As Well As Visitors To The City. Parking In The Parking Garage Will Be Charged, And Entry And Exit To The Building Will Be Through Check-In Facilities With Barriers. The Operation Of The Building Will Be Unattended. Standard Parking Spaces Measuring 2.5 X 5.0M Are Located Inside The House. On Level 1, There Will Be 10 Reserved Parking Spaces For Persons With Disabilities And Preparation For Approximately 10 Parking Spaces With The Possibility Of Charging Electric Cars. Part Of The Subject Of This Public Contract Will Therefore Only Be The Removal Of The Old Pipes In Relation To The Hfv Pipeline And The Hot Water Pipeline.
