1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Following Activities: 1) Catching Stray Animals And Ensuring Their Transport In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Life, Health Or Cause Suffering Of The Caught Animals. Once Caught, Homeless Animals Should Be Immediately Taken To A Shelter. 2) Providing A Place In The Shelter To Keep Homeless Animals In Appropriate Conditions With: A) Protection Against The Negative Impact Of Atmospheric Factors, I.E. Rain, Snow, Sun, Wind; B) Appropriate Lighting; C) Placing A Maximum Of Two Individuals Of The Opposite Sex In One Room In The Case Of Large Animals, In The Case Of Small Animals Up To Four Individuals; D) Ensuring That Animals From The Koźminek Commune Are Placed In Boxes With Animals With Similar Character Traits, Taking Into Account The Separation Of Aggressive Animals From Animals That Do Not Exhibit Such Characteristics;3) Housing And Feeding Homeless Animals By Providing Them With A Daily Portion Of Drinking Water And Food Intended For Animals, Which Will Meet The Nutritional Needs Of A Given Animal In Accordance With The Applicable Rules In This Area. 4) Providing Veterinary Care, Which Includes: A) Quarantining A Given Animal For A Period Appropriate To Its Health Condition (The Quarantine Period Is Each Time Decided By The Veterinarian); B) Administering Pharmaceuticals To Remove Internal And External Parasites; C) Administering Pharmaceuticals In The Form Of Preventive Vaccines, In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Veterinarian Appropriate For A Given Animal; D) Vaccination Against Rabies - Immediately After Quarantine; E) Ensuring Veterinary Care For The Animal By Taking All Necessary Actions At All Times To Counteract The Threat For Its Life, Health And Application Of Treatment In Order To Return To Full Health And Regain Full Fitness; F) Sterilization Or Castration Of Animals Caught From The Koźminek Commune, And If The Animals Health Condition Does Not Allow Carrying Out The Procedures Referred To At The Beginning , Submitting A Veterinarians Certificate On Contraindications; G) Euthanizing Blind Litters. 5) Keeping Records Of Homeless Animals, Including: - A Description Of Its Appearance (Breed, Sex, Size, Color And Chip Number) And Its Photo, - The Date Of Its Adoption, - Its History Stay (Veterinary Procedures Carried Out, Vaccinations, Date Of Leaving The Shelter With A Reason, E.G. Adoption, Death).6) Permanent Marking, Through The Veterinarian Implanting An Electronic Microchip Under The Animals Skin And Registering It In The Nationwide Safe-Animal Database.7) In If It Is Found That The Caught Animal Has A Chip Number, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Details Of The Dogs Owner And Return The Animal To Its Owner. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Photocopy Of The Files Of The Proceedings Conducted. 8) Maintaining Photographic Documentation Of Caught Homeless Animals And Su
