1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Removing Vehicles From Roads And Maintaining A Guarded Parking Lot For Removed Vehicles. Towing Service And Transport Of The Vehicle To The Contractors Parking Lot And Vehicles With A Total Weight Above 3.5 Tons And Up To 7.5 Tons; Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight Above 7.7 Tons And Up To 16 Tons; And Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight Exceeding 16 Tons Secured By Authorized Services From The Roads Of Ełk County. The Order Includes The Provision Of Comprehensive Services For The Removal And Storage In A Guarded Parking Lot Of Vehicles Removed In Accordance With Art. 130A Section 1-2 Of The Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) From Roads Located In Ełk County 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week.2.
