Southend-On-Sea City Council Is Looking To Appoint A Supplier Or A Number Of Suppliers To Supply And Deliver Sports Pitch Materials And Top Dressings For A Period Of 3 Years, With The Option Of Extending The Contract For A Further 2 Years, Or Any Part Thereof. The Extension Will Be At The Discretion Of The Council And Be Dependent Upon On Quality, Pricing, Funding Available And Contractor Performance. As Such The Council Does Not Guarantee Any Level Of Income To Either Contractor As Part Of This Contract.
