Supply Contract Of 1 New Electric Bus, 2 New Electric Microbuses And 2 Multi-Standard Rapid Charging Stations Intended For Public Passenger Transport In The Municipality Of Caransebeș - Within A Project Financed Under Rso2.8 - Promoting Sustainable Multi-Modal Urban Mobility, As Part Of The Transition To An Economy With Zero Carbon Dioxide Emissions Within The Western Regional Program 2021 - 2027, According To Financing Contract No. 25/16/05/2024. The Offered Products Must Fall Within A Minimum Set Of Technical Conditions, Functional Conditions, Equipment And Particularities At The Level Of The Area In Which They Will Operate, For Which The Mandatory Requirements Of This Specification Are Required. The Technical Conditions Are Listed In The Technical Sheets, Which Represent The Minimum Mandatory Conditions For The Technical Offer. For All Conditions / Technical Specifications Stipulated In The Terms Of Reference And In The Appendices, The Beneficiary Can Accept Equivalent Variants Provided That They Offer Performance And Characteristics Similar To Or Superior To Those Requested. Bidders Have The Obligation To Ask For Clarification If They Are Unclear About Any Requirement. Otherwise, It Is Considered That All The Technical Conditions Stipulated In The Task Book Have Been Accepted. The Beneficiary Reserves The Right To Reject Any Offer As Non-Compliant, If The Offeror Presents In The Technical Proposal Technical Solutions, Performances And Functionalities Different From Those Provided In The Terms Of Reference, Or If Some Equipment, Equipment, Systems Or Software Applications Are Missing.
