Southend-On-Sea City Council Is Looking To Appoint A Single Supplier Or A Number Of Suppliers To Supply And Deliver Sports Pitch Materials And Top Dressings For A Period Of 3 Years, With The Option Of Extending The Contract For A Further 2 Years, On An Annual Basis. Park Operations Sports Materials Will Be Split Across Different Lots With Suppliers Being Able To Bid For Single Or Multiple Lots. The Contractor Must Deliver The Required Materials In The Conditions And At The Times Detailed Within This Specification.
