1.1 The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task: Expansion Of Ul. Zakopiańska And Ul. Mazowiecka From Ul. Kielecka Towards The North Along With The Construction Of An Absorption And Evaporation Tank. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Subject Task Includes The Expansion Of Ul. Zakopiańska And Ul. Mazowiecka And The Expansion Of Ul. Łowicka And Ul. Nyska Along With The Construction Of A Reservoir For Drainage Of The Area In Question. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Obtain A Construction Permit In Accordance With The Special Road Act. The Contractor Of The Design Documentation Should First Develop A Complete Concept Of The Investment In Question For The Entire Task. The Concept Documentation Presented By The Contractor Will Be The Basis For Determining The Final Scope Of The Construction Project. The Concept Should Include, Among Others: The Following Elements: An Asphalt Road, A Pedestrian Road, The Route Of The Storm Sewage System With A Reservoir, The Location Of Road Lighting And The Route Of The Service Channel. The Above-Mentioned Concept, After Approval By The Investor, Will Be The Basis For Further Development And Presentations Regarding Administrative Decisions. If A Change To The Approved Concept Is Required, The Contractor Must Again Apply For Concept Approval. The Concept Should Obtain The Opinion Of The Department Of Municipal Engineering And Control. The Contractors Next Step Will Be To Develop And Obtain A Decision On Environmental Conditions For The Entire Investment. The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Two Separate, Complete Parts (Which Constitute Stage I And Stage Ii Of The Entire Investment). It Will Be Possible To Independently Obtain A Building Permit Or A Road Investment Permit (Zrid) For Each Part Of The Documentation. Based On Each Part Of The Documentation, It Will Be Possible To Carry Out Separate Construction Works. At The Same Time, One Part Is To Include The Expansion Of Ul. Mazowiecka, And The Second Part - The Expansion Of Ul. Zakopiańska Along With The Construction Of Ul. Łowicka And Ul. Nyska. Depending On The Adopted Concept, The Part In Which The Drainage Tank Will Be Built On Plots With Registration Numbers 33, 34/1 And 34/2, Precinct 34, Will Constitute Stage I Of The Investment, The Other Part Will Constitute Stage Ii. 1.2 Preparation Of Design Documentation For Each Stage Includes: - Construction Design - 5 Copies, - Detailed Design - 3 Copies, - Bill Of Quantities - 2 Copies, - Investors Cost Estimate - 2 Copies, - Information Regarding Safety And Health Care - 5 Copies, - Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - 2 Copies, - Traffic Organization Design - 4 Copies + 1 Copy In Dwg Format. Street Markings With Nameplates Should Be Taken Into Account. Plaques And Posts Must Comply With The Applicable Template Of The Municip
