Construction Work – Revitalization Of Czt Liberec – Greennet Iii. – The Second Part. The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is To Optimize Energy Management In The Heat Network Of The Czt Liberec And Implement Rationalization Measures That Will Lead To Significant Energy Savings. The Subject Of The Project Is The Conversion Of The Primary Steam Heat Network Of The Czt Liberec System To Hot Water. The Goal Is To Solve The Reduction Of Heat Losses Arising From The Transport Of Heat Energy In The Affected Part Of The Revitalized Heat Supply System. This Is The Conversion Of One Branch Of The Steam Water Primary System Of The Czt System Of The City Of Liberec To Hot Water. The Construction Of A Hot Pipe Is A Linear Construction In The Built-Up Area Of ​​The City. During The Conversion, The Heat-Carrying Medium Changes From Water Vapor To Hot Water. The Routing Of The New Hot Pipes Will Preferably Be On The Existing Routes Of The Steam Pipes, Except For The Parts That Are Routed In The New Routes. Part Of The Media Change Will Also Be The Reconstruction Of The Exchanger Sides From Steam-Water To Water-Water And The Reconstruction Of The Connections To Individual Primary Customers Incl. Necessary Adjustments To Heat Transfer Points. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order (Work) Is The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Work, Realized On The Basis Of The Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction, Which Was Processed By The Company Sitez, S.R.O., Registered Office Novoveská 3370, 415 01 Teplice, Ičo 28662814, Contract Number 22-034, Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Remaining Steam Pipeline Networks In Liberec For Hot Water. Namely, It Is A Steam Pipeline Network Named Vratislavice, In The Scope Of Part D8 - Teplárna - Vs Cihlářská - Neuman (Heat Pipe, Including The Installation Of New Exchanger Stations (Vs) And New Object Transfer Stations (Ops)), Part D9 - Steam Pipe And Part D 11 - Pipeline. The Subject Of The Project Is The Conversion Of The Primary Steam Heat Network Of The Czt Liberec System To Hot Water. In Parallel With This Project, Other Projects Are Underway That Are Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The New Hot Water System. This Is Mainly The Conversion Of Other Sections Of The Heating Network To Hot Water (In Another Public Contract), Modification Of The Clients Source And Modification Of The Termizo Source. The Modification Of The Sources Will Be Carried Out In Coordination With The Network Modifications, Since The Sources Can Be Tested And Put Into Operation Only After Connection To The New Hot Water Network, And At The Same Time, Without Completing The Modifications Of The Sources, The Supply Of Heat To The Hot Pipes (Including The New Vratislavice Steam Pipeline) At The Outlet Of The Sources Cannot Be Put Into Operation. Also, The Implementation Of A Change In Part Of The Route Of The Gas Pipeline Must Be Coordinated With The Operation Of The Clients Source And The Source Of Termizo. The Contracting Authority Points Out That Mutual Coordination Of Projects And Compliance With Deadlines Are Necessary.
