Tenders are invited for Construction of a New Floating Roof for Tank 56d760 including All Appurtenances as Per Drawings and Necessary Mechanical Repairs Based on Detailed Inspection Tender Type: To Be Opened Tender Description: 1. Construction of a new Floating Roof for Tank 56D760 along with all appurtenances as per drawing and other mechanical repair works as necessary basis detailed inspection. The work comprises of constructing a new Single-deck floating roof including all appurtenances (Pontoons, Roof legs, Roof legs Sleeves, Rolling Ladder and Ladder Track, Auto Bleeder vent, Vacuum Breakers, Center sump, install new 6 inches check valve, Foam dam plates, install new Primary and Secondary Roof Seals, Seal connector plates, roof drain system with supports, etc. Install new earthing system between roof to ladder and ladder to gauging platform plus other repair works as detailed in this Specification. Provide valve platform for spillback valves. Seal sketch plates using approved sealant after tank hydrotest completion.
