Szkolna Together With The Construction Of A Maneuvering Area And Parking Spaces As Well As The Construction Of A Drainage System Consisting Of Drainage Pipes With Outlets And Drainage Wells, In Accordance With The Decision On Construction Permit No. 964/2023 Of October 30, 2023 Issued By The Starosta Of Gdańsk Along With Obtaining Documents Enabling Use Of The Building Resulting From The Works, In Accordance With The Following Specification: Construction And Construction Industry And Accompanying Works, Including In Particular: - Measurement Works, - Tidying Up The Area Including Clearing Bushes, - Earthworks, - Hardening Of Concrete Cubes, - Laying Separation Geotextiles -Filtration Min. 200 G/M, - Construction Of A Safe Sand Surface With A Thickness Of 30 Cm, - Construction Of A Flower Meadow With A Wall And Seats, - Installation Of A Fence With A Wicket And Entrance Gate, - Installation Of Play Equipment, I.E. A Triple Swing, A Scale Swing And A Play Set With A Slide, - Installation Of Small Architectural Objects, I.E. Two Benches With Backrest, Waste Segregation Bin, Two Two-Station Bicycle Racks And A Board With Regulations, - Construction Of Lawns. Road Industry And Accompanying Works, Including In Particular: - Construction Of A Maneuvering Area And Parking Spaces, - Execution Of Horizontal Marking P-24 (Space For A Persons Vehicle Disabled). Sanitary Industry, Including In Particular: - Construction Of A Drainage System Consisting Of Drainage Pipes With Outlets And Drainage Wells, - Liquidation Of Existing Elements Of Underground Utilities Constituting The Remains Of Water And Sewage Process Wells. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serves To Determine The Type Of Works Included In The Order, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Full Scope Of Works On The Basis Of The Design Documentation. All Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Concluded Contract, Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works And The Building Permit Decision.
