1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Compensatory Plantings For Cut Down Trees In The Road Right-Of-Way Of Roads And District Streets In The Iława Poviat In 2024. 2. The Order Includes: A) Preparatory Works: Purchase Of 529 Tree Seedlings, Delivery Of Seedlings To The Planting Site, Cleaning Of The Planting Site From Turf And Other Impurities, Delivery Of Fertile Soil, Designation Of Planting Places, B) Planting A Tree And Completely Covering The Hole With Fertile Soil, C) Watering And Fertilizing With Mineral Fertilizer, D) Securing The Tree With Wooden Stakes, E) Making A Retention Basin Next To The Tree, F ) Providing A Guarantee That The Planted Material Will Remain Viable After Planting, G) A 100 Cm High Plastic Cover Should Be Placed On Each Tree, H) The Stake For Mounting The Tree Must Be 2/3 Of The Height Of The Tree, And Its Thickness Should Be Adapted To The Parameters Of The Tree, To Provide A Stable Support For The Seedling, I) To Attach The Tree To The Stake, Use Bright Red Tape And Paint The Protruding Ends Of The Stake With Red Fluorescent Paint, Min. 10 Cm,J) The Geographical Coordinates Of Plantings On All Road Sections Should Be Marked On An Ongoing Basis And Sent Electronically To The Ordering Party Before The Final Acceptance And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party,K) The Seedlings Should Have Well-Developed Root Systems, With Roots Systematically Distributed Around The Trunk, With Regular Crowns, Proportional To The Height Of The Trees And The Circumference Of Their Trunks; The Tree Trunk Should Be Healthy And Straight, Free From Defects And Cracks: Seedlings Must Be Protected Against Animals And Free From Pests And Diseases; Planting And Subsequent Care Of The Planted Trees Must Be Consistent With The Art Of Caring For Young Trees.
