Management-Related Services - Provision Of Consulting Services Related To The Organization And Management Of The Project Sustainable Urban Mobility In The Municipalities Of Shumen And Targovishte For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Shumen. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Consulting Services Related To The Organization And Management Of A Project Sustainable Urban Mobility In The Municipalities Of Shumen And Targovishte For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Shumen, Financed By The Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism, Procedure Bg-Rrp-8.013 Eco-Friendly Mobility. In View Of The Efficient And Quality Implementation Of The Project, The Municipality Of Shumen Will Choose An External Consultant Under The Ppa Order, Who, Through His Team Of Specialists, Will Provide Consulting Services Related To The Management And Organization Of The Project. The Consultants Team Will Include The Following Members: 1. Project Coordinator, 2. State Aid Expert And 3. Lawyer. The Consultants Experts Should Work In Close Connection And Good Coordination With The Other Team Members - Project Manager And Financial Manager. The Following Main Activities Will Be Performed Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement: Review Of Documents; Monitoring, Control And Coordination For The Implementation Of Contracts Within The Project; Overall Management And Reporting Of Project Progress. The Term For The Performance Of The Services Is From The Date Of Receipt Of The Contract Letter From The Contracting Authority After Concluding The Service Contract And Obtaining Read Access In Isun And Is Until The Fulfillment Of All Obligations Under The Contract, But No Later Than The Final Date For The Performance Of Of The Contract – 19.04.2026 Or Its New Final Date, In Case Of Extension Of The Duration Of The Project. The Detailed Description Of The Requirements For The Participants Is Described In The Technical Specifications.
