Vehicles For The Emergency Services - Delivery Of Medium Class Rescue Vehicles. The Subject Of The Public Order Covers The Delivery Of 6 Medium Class Rescue Vehicles With Equipment. The Place Of Performance: The Place Of Delivery Is Reg. Sofia, Capital Municipality, Lokorsko Village, Central Warehouse Base Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Communications. Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement: The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Record-Keeping In The Contracting Authoritys Record-Keeping System. The Term Of The Contract Expires After The Expiration Of The Warranty Period Of The Cars And The Satisfaction Of All The Claims Of The Employer Related To The Warranty Liability Of The Contractor. The Deadline For Delivery Is Up To 12 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, But No Later Than 06.02.2026, Upon The Occurrence Of The First Of The Two Events. The Deadline For The Delivery Of Up To 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract, Stops Running For The Time During Which: The Employer And The Contractor Or Persons Designated By Them Carry Out A Compliance Check With The Technical Proposal Of The Contractor, Including Carrying Out Testing, As Well As Prepare And Sign The Handover Protocol, Starting From The Date Of The Custody Protocol. In The Event That Inconsistencies/Deviations Are Found In Relation To The Contractors Technical Proposal, The Term Continues To Run From The Date Of Drawing Up A Finding Protocol For The Inconsistencies/Deviations, Until Subsequent Written Notification By The Contractor, For An Acceptable Performance. Suspension Of The Term Shall Be Considered From The Date Of Record Keeping With The Contracting Authority Of A Written Notification By The Contractor, For Performance Suitable For Acceptance. The Contract Can Be Amended With Regard To The Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Procurement - 06.02.2026, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Plo, By Mutual Consent Of The Parties, Expressed In Writing, In The Event That The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Activity/Project, Agreed With A Contract For The Provision Of Grant-In-Aid Under The Interreg Vi Program, Is Changed With An Additional Agreement A Bulgaria-Serbia Ppp 2021-2027 The Scope And Nature Of The Possible Amendment, As Well As The Conditions Under Which It Can Be Used, Should Not Lead To A Change In The Subject Of The Procurement. The Amendment Should Correspond To The Amendments In The Rules And Instructions Of The Funding Body And/Or In The Contract For The Provision Of Bfp, Which Can Only Be A Factual Basis For The Amendment Of The Contract In The Hypothesis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. *Note: The Contractor Shall Notify In Writing Within 7 Calendar Days In Advance Of The Specific Date And Time At Which The Delivery Will Be Made.
