Currently, The Athletic Track Is In Great Deterioration Due To Its Use Over Time, Which Has An Execution Date Of 2010, In Addition To The Situation Being Aggravated By The August 2023 Storm Due To Flooding In The Sector. The Bidder Must Present A Tender Proposal For A Technical And Economic Offer For The Execution Of The Works Corresponding To The Runway Replacement Project With The Following General Items: • Demolition Of Existing Runway • Stabilized Base • Asphalt Layer • Rubber Surface In Sandwich System • Demarcation • Installation Of Built-In Equipment And Provision Of Photofinish. What Is Offered Must Be In Accordance With The Administrative Bases, Techniques, Terms Of Reference, Project Plans, Technical Specifications, Associated Regulations, Annexes, Risk Prevention, Clarifications That May Be Formulated And Other Background Information That Makes Up The Technical File Of The Project. The Contract Concluded Will Be A Lump Sum. The Execution Period Of The Works Will Correspond To That Offered By The Awarded Bidder, Which May Not Exceed 180 Calendar Days Nor Be Less Than 150 Days.
