The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers Activities For Delivery And Installation Of Air Conditioning And Ventilation Equipment In Bnb Buildings In The City Of Sofia For 2 (Two) Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1 (Op No. 1) - Delivery And Installation Of 2 Pcs. Chiller In The Bnb Buildings In The City Of Sofia, Knyaz Alexander I Square, No. 1 And Moskovska St., No. 7. The Subject Of The Specific Position Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Dismantling Of An Existing (Old) Air-Water Heat Pump Unit (Chiller) From An Internal Site At 7 Moskovska Street. 2. Delivery Of Air Conditioning Equipment (2 Units Of Chillers), According To The Requirements And Characteristics Specified In The Technical Specification; 3. Installation Of The Delivered Air Conditioning Equipment And Connection To The Electrical Network And Water Installation; 4. Testing And Commissioning Of The Installed Air Conditioning Equipment; 5. Warranty Service, Maintenance And Prevention Of Air Conditioning Equipment. Separate Position No. 2 (Op No. 2) - Delivery And Installation Of Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations In An Underground Garage And In An Under-Roof Space In The Building Of The Cash Center Of The Bnb In The City Of Sofia, 10 Mikhail Tenev Street. The Subject Of The Specific Position Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: 1. Delivery Of Air Conditioning Equipment (8 Units), According To The Requirements And Characteristics Specified In The Technical Specification; 2. Delivery Of Ventilation Equipment (1 Pc.), According To The Requirements And Characteristics Specified In The Technical Specification; 3. Installation Of The Delivered Air Conditioning And Ventilation Equipment And Connection To The Electrical Network; 4. Testing And Commissioning Of The Installed Air Conditioning And Ventilation Equipment; 5. Warranty Service, Maintenance And Prevention Of Air Conditioning And Ventilation Equipment. The Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Indicated In The Relevant Technical Specification For Each Of The Individual Items, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Procurement Documentation.
