The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of A Task Called Construction Of Bus Shelters In The Niepołomice Commune According To The Prepared Concept And Design (Category Of Building Structure: Iv). The Works Will Consist In Particular In: - Carrying Out Excavations In The Ground (Category I-V); - Carrying Out Works In Structural Concrete (C25/C30(B30)) And Sub-Base Concrete (C8/10(B10)); - Carrying Out Works Related To Reinforcement ( B-00Sp);- Equipping The Bus Stop Shelter With The Elements Presented In The Drawing Part Of The Project, I.E. Seats, Timetable Display, Waste Bin, Cover Made Of Colorless Vsg Esg Safety Glass, Dedicated Pole For The D-15 Sign, Led Profiles, Name Of The Stop. - Construction, Impregnation And Finishing Of Wooden Elements; - Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Ceiling With A Vegetation Layer And Waterproofing. - Execution Of Drainage (According To The Design: Drainage Channel Made Of Fiber Concrete Connected With A Tongue-And-Groove System, Covers With A Slot Made Of Stainless Steel, Well With A Drain Connection, Downpipes In A Concrete Casing. Rainwater Discharged Through The Ridge Drainage To The Designed Channel And In Depending On The Conditions - To The Storm Sewage System Or A Roadside Ditch). Visualizations Of The Stops Are An Attachment To The Swz. The Location Of The Bus Stops Selected For Implementation Is Shown On The Map. The Detailed Scope Of Work Performed Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contract Using The Option Right In Accordance With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. Conditions Of The Option: 1) The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Described In The Order Documents And This Will Be Done By The Ordering Party Unilaterally Submitting A Declaration Of Will To Activate The Option. 2) The Ordering Party May Only Exercise The Part Of The Order Including The Option Right, Depending On Its Funds. 3) An Order Executed Under An Option Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Therefore Failure By The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right Does Not Constitute A Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Any Claims Against The Ordering Party. 4) The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor Whether And To What Extent It Will Exercise The Option Right Within The Contract Implementation Period. 5) The Implementation Of Part Of The Task Resulting From The Option Law Will Take Place In 2026. 6) The Ordering Party Will Activate The Option If It Has Funds To Carry Out The Task Related To The Construction Of Bus Shelters. 7) The Rules Regarding The Implementation Of The Order Covered By The Option Right Will Be The Same As Those Applicable To The Implementation Of The Basic Order.
