Medium-Voltage Installation Work – Modernization Works Of The 20 Kv Avicola Berzovia Lea Through The Partial Transition From The Lea To The Les Of The Mv Network, The Transformation Of Overhead Pt Into Pt In The Concrete Tire And The Modernization Of The Lea Jt Network In The Towns Of Duleu, Remetea Poganis, Valea Mare, Bocsa - Binisului Street. The Purchase Of The Works Is Necessary To Improve The Quality Of The Electricity Distribution Service, Reduce The Risks Of Accidents, Comply With The Requirements Established By The Anre Performance Standard Regarding Continuity In The Supply Of Electricity To Consumers. These Aspects Have A Direct Influence On Losses From The Network As Well As On Individual Consumption At The Level Of Homes And Therefore Will Lead To A Lower Local Footprint Of Carbon Dioxide. It Is Proposed To Modernize The Technically Outdated Installations With New, High-Performance Installations. The Project Area Is In The Uat Bocsa, Berzovia, Ramna, Farliug Area, On Land Belonging To The Public Or Private Domain. The Designed 20 Kv Les Will Be Laid On The Route Included In The Inner City Of Bocsa, Between The Localities Of Ramna, Barbosu, Valeapai, Duleu, Valeamare (Cable Laid Under The Drain Dj 585, Dj 587 And Dc 87), In The Inner City And Outer City Of Farliug (On The Domain Public) And Between The Locality Of Farliug And Remetea Poganici (Cable Pictured Under The Dn58a Channel), Between The Transformer Stations Included In The Projects Applicability Area. It Also Includes The Avicola Berzovia 20 Kv Lea Area Between Bocsa And Ramna, As Well As The Connections In The Inner City Of Ramna And The Jt Lea In The Inner City Of Remetea Poganici, Valea Mare And Duleu (Only The Connections). The Current Project Aims To Modernize And Transfer To The Les A Good Part Of The Lea. The Consumers Connected To The 0.4 Kv Distribution Networks In Uat Ramna And Farliug And Large Consumers Located In The Outskirts Of Bocsa On Dn58b Towards Berzovia And The Consumers On Binisului Street In Bocsa Are Directly Targeted. 1. The Transformer Substations Included In The Project Area That Are The Object Of Modernization Are Overhead Substations On Poles, With Their Life Span Exceeded, Being Put Into Operation Between 1978-1994, Most Of Them In The 80S. 2. The Assets In The Transformer Substations Are Designed According To Outdated Standards And Defined To Support A Consumption That No Longer Has Any Characteristics Corresponding To The Current Era. The Transformers Must Be Replaced So That They Correspond To The Current Consumption Norms; The Current Actuation Mechanisms Do Not Allow Remote Actuation, But Only Through A Human Operator, As Well As The Transition Of Air Stations Into Tire Stations To Facilitate The Remote Control And Automation System. 3. Installation Of Optical Fiber Circuits, In Principle, Made On The Same Routes As Those Of Mv Cables, Which Will Take Over All The Data Traffic Between The Centralized Remote Control Systems And The Sensors And Intelligent Equipment Installed In The Distribution Network; 4. As The Current Situation Is Presented, In The Distribution Network Of The Area Chosen As A Homogeneous Area, At The Low And Medium Voltage Levels, Mainly Due To The Inadequate Condition Of The Installations In The Transformer Stations, There Is A Risk
