This Is Both For Operation And Investment The Dynamic Purchasing System Shall Also Be Able To Be Used For Entering Into Framework Agreements. Consultancy Services For Power, Legal Consultancy And Statutory Company Health Services Are Exempted. The Dio Shall Also Apply Within The Supply Regulations.
